It is proposed by the Board of Directors to change the Rules & Regulations pertaining to Corbett Park as follows:

Page 1, A3, second and third sentences should read: If the Eligible Resident should vacate the space prior to the end of the lease there will be no refund. If a new lease begins after July, the annual fee remains the same, there will be no proration.

The Board is soliciting comments from the membership and will review the change at their meeting on July 27, 2021 in accordance with Civil Code.

If you have any comments or questions on the change above, please email them to manager@suncitycivic.com no later than July 27 at 12 noon.

We are happy to announce that Riverside County will use the facilities at Sun City Civic Association as a mobile vaccination site for Operation RIVCO Shield.
 
This will be for the 2nd shot to be held Wednesday, June 30, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. in Webb Hall located at 26850 Sun City Blvd. in Sun City.
 
This is open to individuals aged 12 and over.  The Pfizer (2 dose) vaccine will be used.
