.July 2, 2024 Dear SCCA Homeowner, The Board of Directors has reviewed and approved for distribution, the attached amendments and additions to the Rules and Regulations. In accordance with California Civil Code §4360(a) these are hereby published to the membership for a 28 day comment period. The Board of Directors is soliciting comments from the membership no later than August 21, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. If you have any comments or questions, please email them to manager@suncitycivic.com or by dropping them off at the onsite office at the address above. These amendments and additions will be considered at the next Board meeting on Tuesday, August 27, 2024 in accordance with California Civil Code. Any comments received will be considered at said meeting in accordance with California Civil Code §4360(b). This letter and attachments are also posted on campus on the displays located at Webb Hall, North Hall, Olympic Pool and Civic Hall. Copies are also available at the onsite office. July Core CourierPlease find below the July Core Courier. As previously mentioned, Golding Publications have shuttered their doors and the April Courier was the last to be mailed to you. The Association has retained a publisher, however, they will not be up and running until September as they transition advertisers so that we do not have to pay to print the Courier. The July Courier was created in-house and a limited amount of copies were printed; if you would like a copy please go by the office to pick one up. They may also be found in various locations on campus.
